In the heart of Saxony, Kläger Plastik GmbH has been producing sophisticated technical injection-moulding parts made of thermoplastic polymers since 1992. Our long-standing experience in the processing of all technical polymers (reinforced and non-reinforced), especially that of PPS as well as in hybrid technology have turned us into a competent and reliable partner for our customers. We certainly also process all standard polymers like PA 66, PA 46, POM, PBT, ABS, LCP, PES, PET, PP, PE or PS as filled or unfilled material. Our own product range of sprayers and pressure pump vaporisers also profits from our acquired know-how and the competence of our specialist team.
We meet the high quality demands of the automotive industry as well as those in the fields of electrical engineering and machine construction with complex processing ranging from the development of the moulded parts and tool construction up to the production of the moulded parts. Our performance spectrum certainly also includes prototype test reports, part lifecycles, process FMEAs and status reports as well as the preparation of technical documents.

As a result of the positive development, we constructed new company premises in 2000. This is a new chapter in the history of our family-operated company Kläger Plastik. On a space of 4,032 m², our excellently qualified employees can now benefit from state-of-the-art production technologies.
